On June 6, 2009, the Commission issued its Final Decision approving Sprint’s porting to Wisconsin, subject to terms and conditions, a BellSouth Corporation interconnection agreement (ICA) from Kentucky (Kentucky ICA), pursuant to the Merger Docket 6720-TI-211 Commitment 7.1 in the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Merger Order. AT&T filed for rehearing, asserting a material error of fact or law was made.
The PSC determined AT&T had not met its burden.
