On March 12, 2008, the Commission approved $101,080 of a $117,380 intervenor compensation (IC) request by Citizens’ Utility Board (CUB) in to participate in Docket 6680-CE-170.
On September 17, 2008, CUB requested additional IC of $50,000 to cover outstanding and future legal fees. The Commission granted the request stating the case had become more complex than originally anticipated.
