Kohler indicated its intention to bypass the WPSC distribution system by connecting directly to an ANR Pipeline facility. Based on current and estimated future use, the contract rate represents a discount from regular tariff rates. The discount provides an economic incentive for Kohler to remain on the WPSC system.
The Commission approved Wisconsin Public Service Corporation’s request for a negotiated rate contract with the Kohler Company for a ten-year term.
